Workshops are non-refundable after the date of the workshop has passed.
If a workshop has been cancelled, we'll let you know 48 hours before and you will have 28 days to let us know if you'd like a refund or to transfer to another workshop.
If you'd like to transfer, the difference/outstanding balance is to be paid or refunded on the date of the workshop. If the customer misses this workshop, they will not be entitled to a refund or to transfer to another workshop.
If you can't make a workshop, you must let us know at least 21 days prior. Any later and you will be entitled to a refund of 50%.
