1. To read out and confirm the proceedings of EC meeting # 30, dated 05-12-2015.
2. To consider the reappointment of Dr. Ms. Fahima Hossain, part time research Scientist of GPHRF.
3. To consider the registration of GPHRF with Bangladesh Tobacco Control Research Network (BTCRN) as a member.
4. To consider the extension of contract of Syed Md. Reaz Mahmud, Jr. Research Assistant, GPHRF.
5. To consider the participation of online Health Promotion Program and Publish a Quarterly News better of GPHRF. 
6. To consider the Publication of annual report of GPHRF with the title “Annals of Global Public Health Research Foundation”.
7. To consider the formation of a purchase Committee for GPHRF.
8. To consider the organizing of Public Health Training Camp (Spring), 2021.
9. To consider the leave rules of GPHRF employees.
10. To consider the nomination/ selection of Director, GPHRF.
11. To consider and recommend the revised organization of GPHRF.
12. Misc.
